Let yourself be tempted by the cuisine on offer in our Garum Restaurant, with its elegant and warm ambience, where you can enjoy a wide variety of dishes inspired by  modern Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of Asian fusion, created using seasonal specialities.

As well as our excellent à la carte service, you can also enjoy our lunch menu from Monday to Friday with vegetarian options. And if you want something light, you can benefit from our Express Menu (consisting of main course, dessert and drinks).

If you require something light and informal, we would suggest our "Vintage Cafe", where you can choose from a selection of snacks throughout the whole day.

Breakfast is served buffet style in the Salón Cuatro Estaciones, where you will be able to choose from a range of products to get your day off to a great start.

Room service is available 24 hours a day, and offers a selection of international dishes that can be enjoyed at any time of the day, together with options for those guests that require a snack during the night.
