Garum Restaurant was created from our ongoing desire to improve our services and the level of care for our guests - an idea and name that bring together all the know-how of Sallés Hotel Pere IV **** team.

Garum Restaurant is committed to innovation and we offer a carefully designed cuisine, a fusion of Mediterranean flavours and Catalan creativity. A high-quality gastronomic gift for the palate!

Choose from our à la carte service that includes a carefully selected range of wines. There’s also our set lunch menu with a choice of three options for €19.50.

Parking is free for guests.

If you require something light and informal, we would suggest our "Vintage Cafe", where you can choose from a selection of snacks throughout the whole day.

Breakfast is served buffet style in the Salón Cuatro Estaciones, where you will be able to choose from a range of products to get your day off to a great start.

Room service is available 24 hours a day, and offers a selection of international dishes that can be enjoyed at any time of the day, together with options for those guests that require a snack during the night.
