This document governs the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS for SALLÉS HOTELS online booking services.

The terms “You” and “User” are used herein to refer to any individual who for any reason visits www.salleshotels.com (hereinafter the “Website”) or uses any of the services provided through the portal.
Using these services entails full and unreserved acceptance, and validity, of all the General Terms and Conditions laid out in the most recent version of these General Conditions.
As a Client, You declare you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement governed by these General Terms and Conditions when booking at SALLÉS HOTELS.
SALLÉS HOTELS hereby notifies you that the procedure required to be provided with the services offered is as described in these General Terms and Conditions, as well as any others specified on screen while browsing, and as such You declare to be aware of and accept said procedures as necessary to contracting the services offered on the Website.
2. Use of SALLÉS HOTELS online booking services 2.1.
Online booking services 2.1.1.
Online booking services:
The purpose of the online booking services is to book a room at any of the Sallés Hotels locations.
Using these services entails full and unreserved acceptance, and validity, of all of the General Terms and Conditions laid out in the most recent version of these General Conditions.
After using the service, the User shall receive a confirmation email with a booking code.
This email is proof of the booking and confirmation it has been accepted.
Check the voucher and confirmation to avoid any misunderstandings.
If there is any incorrect information or unacceptable conditions, contact us within 2 days of the confirmation.
2.1.3.Guarantee and cancellation policy:
Bookings made through this website are secured with a credit card provided by the user on the form.
For no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before arrival), the equivalent of one night will be charged to the credit card provided and the booking will be cancelled.
188.8.131.52.Guarantee and cancellation policy Sallés Hotel Cala del Pi High Season (15/07 to 25/08):
Bookings for more than 6 nights must be secured with an advance payment of 25% of the total stay.
Upon receiving said payment, the guest will be notified by email that their booking is confirmed.
Bookings cancelled between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival will be charged 25% of the total stay.
For long stays, the deposit will not be returned.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged 100% of the stay.
To cancel a booking, our Booking team can help you personally on 972 65 23 63 Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm or at the hotel itself, 24 hours a day.
2.1.4.Price per room, per night.
The prices on our website include VAT.
2.2. Use of services
The User undertakes to use the services according to applicable law, morals, customs and public order, as well as the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
As such, Users are obliged to not use services for illegal purposes and/or purposes that infringe on these General Terms and Conditions or the rights and/or interests of third parties, nor in any way that could be harmful to the services, SALLÉS HOTELS and/or its reputation.
2.3. Changes in the system
SALLÉS HOTELS may, for greater agility and to benefit Users, unilaterally change, at any time without prior notice, the services provided or operating Conditions, techniques and use of the services, by posting said modifications on this website for Users’ notification and acceptance.
Likewise, Users, in order to improve the service and establish an optimal level of quality, which is the ultimate goal of SALLÉS HOTELS, may suggest modifications they deem useful, contacting the individuals in charge of this website by email at email@example.com
2.4. Hotel categories.
The hotel categories shown follow the star system used in Spain and are shown in stars, based on the various parameters that make up the official hotel classification system.
2.5.Twin rooms / Double rooms.
As the hotels normally have many more twin rooms than double rooms, guests may be given a twin room, with two twin beds, despite having booked a double room, with a double bed.
If it is essential to have a double bed, we recommend you let us know and we will make sure the hotel gets the information.
In many destinations and hotels, double rooms have two twin beds put together like a double bed.
2.6.Bookings for ten or more guests are group bookings.
There tends to be a discount and the hotel may apply special conditions, which will be made clear at booking.
Group bookings may not be subdivided into several smaller bookings.
Hotel payment and cancellation conditions for group bookings will be confirmed for each request for group booking.
2.7.Check-in and check-out.
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and the room will be available no later than 4:00 pm.
Guests must check out no later than 12 noon.
The stay must be paid upon booking.
Regardless of whether or not the vouchers have been issued, bookings may be cancelled if payment is not received or if the same guest has a payment pending on another unrelated booking.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged XX per person and destination.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be treated as no-shows and charged for the first night.
For practical reasons, 48 hours means 6:00 pm two days before arrival.
The following morning, the hotel will automatically release the rooms booked if guests do not show up on the arrival date.
Cancellations outside of office hours should be sent directly to the hotel.
For groups of 10 or more, special cancellation conditions apply, which will be made clear at booking.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings that, for justified reasons, are deemed fraudulent.
2.10.Discounts for kids.
Kids under two stay free in a cot, unless otherwise noted when booking.
Kids rates vary between hotels.
Some hotels may charge a breakfast fee, at check-out, for children aged 2 to 12 who stay free.
Breakfast is included when kids pay 50% of the adult rate.
Kids over 12 pay the adult rate.
The hotel must be informed of any unaccompanied guests under 18 (travelling alone or with other minors) before making the booking, and the hotel must approve the request before the booking can be confirmed.
If the hotel is not given prior warning, unaccompanied minors may be refused accommodations.
2.11.In the highly unlikely situation that the hotel can’t provide the accommodations booked, the guest accepts that the hotel’s liability is limited to finding accommodation of a similar level and providing appropriate transport to the new hotel.
Sallés Hotels takes all necessary precautions to ensure this doesn’t happen, so it is very rare.
Guests also accept that they may not be informed ahead of time of the abovementioned change of hotel.
The hotel will not be liable for any expenses, losses or damages arising from or related to this relocation, as it has no control over said situation.
If the Guest rejects a satisfactory alternative, it will be at their own risk and expense.
If the guest is not satisfied with any aspect of the new hotel, the hotel management MUST be notified immediately and given an opportunity to correct the situation from the beginning.
3. SALLÉS HOTELS protection of Users personal data.
As per the provisions of article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the protection of personal data (hereinafter “LOPD”), SALLÉS HOTELS hereby informs you that the data you have provided by filling in any forms on this Website, as well as any data that SALLÉS HOTELS gains access to as a result of you browsing the Website, checking, requesting or booking any service or product, or any transaction or operation carried out through the SALLÉS HOTELS Website, shall be compiled in a database held by SAGEMAR, S.A., and you may contact the corporate headquarters (Polígono Industrial PAEC, parcela 4 17251 Calonge, Girona) to exercise your rights to access, rectification, erasure or opposition to the processing of your personal data, under the terms and conditions laid out in the LOPD.
Failure to fill in required fields on any form may mean that SALLÉS HOTELS can’t complete your request.
The specific purposes for collecting your personal data are given on each of the pages with forms.
In general, the personal data provided will be used to address your requests for information and to notify you of new activities, products and services from SALLÉS HOTELS.
In this regard, your personal data may be segmented and processed to create marketing profiles for advertising purposes.
For the purposes of the provisions of articles 11 and 34.e) of the LOPD, you expressly consent to your data being disclosed by SALLÉS HOTELS to other companies in the Group for the abovementioned purposes, in any country in the world, even those that do not offer protection equivalent to the LOPD.
By accepting the provisions of this legal disclaimer, you are hereby notified of the provisions of article 27 of the LOPD regarding communication of first transfer of data.
Consent for disclosing personal data may be revoked at any time but is not effective retroactively.
If, in filling in your data on the corresponding form, you manifested your desire to receive information by email, you consent to receiving commercial communications from us by electronic means, as per the provisions of the Law on Information Society Services and E-Commerce.
If you provide us with personal data on third parties, as per the provisions of article 5.4
of the LOPD, you declare to have notified said parties of the content of the data provided, its origin, the existence and purpose of the file containing their data, the recipients of said information, how to exercise their rights to access, rectification, erasure and opposition, as well as the data identifying SALLÉS HOTELS, in the terms and conditions laid out herein.
SALLÉS HOTELS undertakes to treat all personal data with the utmost confidentiality, making use of it exclusively for the purposes indicated.
SALLÉS HOTELS notifies you that it has implemented technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your personal data and to prevent it from being altered, lost or processed and/or accessed without authorisation, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which the data is exposed, whether from human action or the natural or physical environment.
All in compliance with the provisions of article 9 or the LOPD and Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11 June, approving the Regulations on security measures for automated files containing personal data.
4. Right to Modify General Terms and Conditions
SALLÉS HOTELS reserves the right to unilaterally change, at any time without prior notice, any of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, as it deems appropriate, notifying Users of any modifications on this website for Users’ notification and acceptance.
5. Upholding General Terms and Conditions.
If any of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions is held to be void or unenforceable, the remainder of the provisions shall remain in force as agreed upon.
None of the provisions of this contract affect the required provisions for consumers in any way.
If you are not a consumer, you expressly waive your right to back out.
6. www.salleshotels.com and acceptance of rules of use
The User is aware that using the online Booking services implies full, unreserved acceptance of each and every clause comprising the Website Rules of Use, as published by SALLÉS HOTELS at the time the User books the service.
Said rules of use are complementary to these General Terms and Conditions in all matters in which they are not in conflict with them.
Therefore, Users must be aware of the importance of checking the rules for this page before accessing and/or using these services.
These conditions are governed by Spanish law, which shall apply to any matters not laid out in these conditions regarding interpretation, validity and execution.
SALLÉS HOTELS and the User expressly waive any other jurisdiction and agree that any conflict that may arise from the provision of the services to which these General Terms and Conditions pertain shall be taken up with the courts in the city where the hotel is registered.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Rules are governed by Spanish Law.
Sallés Hotels and the Users expressly waive any other jurisdiction and agree that any conflict that may arise regarding the validity, execution, compliance or termination of the contract, in full or part, shall be taken up with the courts in the place of performance.
This contract constitutes the entire and complete agreement between Sallés Hotels and the User and supersedes any previous deals, commitments, manifestations or agreements, oral or in writing, that may have existed between the parties.
8. Online dispute resolution
Pursuant to Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for online dispute resolution between the USER and the PROVIDER, without the need to resort to the courts of law, through the intervention of a third party, called a Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties in order to reach an agreement, and may finally suggest and/or impose a solution to the dispute.
